 Slow Cooker Tri Tip Roast with Veggies

Slow Cooker Tri Tip Roast with Vegetables is a great easy dinner to make for holidays or family gatherings.

Ingredients

– Tri Tip Roast potatoes – celery – carrots – onion –beef or chicken broth – rosemary – steak or Italian        seasoning – sea salt – black pepper – chopped scallions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the roast. In the meantime, add potatoes, celery, carrots, onion & broth to a slow-cooker.

Step 1

Use the tongs to move the roast from the skillet to the slow-cooker.

Step 2

Add the rosemary sprigs to the slow-cooker, along with the steak seasoning, salt & pepper.

Step 3

Cook on low until the meat is tender & easily shreds.
