Ingredients
– Tri Tip Roast

potatoes
– celery
– carrots
– onion
–beef
or chicken broth
– rosemary
– steak or Italian
seasoning
– sea salt
– black pepper
– chopped scallions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the roast. In the meantime, add potatoes, celery, carrots, onion & broth to a slow-cooker.
