Vegan Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

The next time you have a craving for cake, try this simple Vegan Mug Cake. The vanilla and chocolate chip flavors will satisfy!

Ingredients:

– coconut oil – all-purpose flour  – brown sugar – baking powder – sea salt –unsweetened            plant milk – vanilla extract – chocolate chips

Step 1

Place the coconut oil in a large  microwave-safe mug.

Step 2

Add the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, milk & vanilla extract.

Step 3

Stir dry & wet ingredients together to make the batter.

Step 4

Microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes, or until the cake has risen.

Step 5

Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top & enjoy warm!
