Vegan Matcha Latte

This recipe for a Matcha Latte uses coconut butter instead of dairy. It's creamy, vegan, and energizing!

Ingredients

–  matcha powder –  coconut sugar – coconut butter – very hot water (but not boiling)

Combine the matcha powder, coconut sugar and coconut butter in a medium-sized mug.

Step 1

Pour in the hot water and use a whisk to stir together the ingredients. 

Step 2

Serve hot. Or, pour over ice cubes for an iced matcha latte.
