Looking for a healthy side dish you can make without any planning or prep? This recipe for Air Fryer Frozen Green Beans is so easy and tastes great too.

  • Total Time: 22 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 16ounce bag of frozen green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen green beans, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Pour the green beans into the basket of your air fryer and set the temperature to 380°F for a cook time of 7 minutes.
  3. After the first 7 minutes of cooking is done, open the air fryer and shake the basket.
  4. Cook the green beans for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until they have started to brown a little bit. Be careful to not let them burn.
  5. Transfer the cooked green beans to a serving bowl and serve hot.

Notes

  1. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat before serving.
  2. If you want to make fewer servings, just cook half the bag and reduce the oil and seasonings by half. The temperature and cook time will stay the same.
  3. Some air fryers need to be preheated. Be sure to read the manufacturer’s guide for your specific air fryer model to determine if it needs to be preheated.
