Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen vegetables and olive oil. Toss to combine.
  2. Pour the vegetables into your air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 375°F and the cook time to 12 minutes.
  3. Open the air fryer once during the cooking process to stop and shake the basket.
  4. Keep an eye on the vegetables to make sure they don’t burn. They will be done when they are cooked through and a little bit crispy on the outside.
  5. Serve hot.
