Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup of oat milk (or any other non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or your choice of sweetener)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of coffee using your preferred method.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the oat milk and coconut oil over medium heat. Whisk the mixture until the coconut oil is melted and the oat milk is frothy.
  3. Pour the brewed coffee into a mug.
  4. Pour the frothy oat milk mixture over the coffee.
  5. Add honey or sweetener to taste, if desired.
