Fresh berry juice is a seasonal delight! It is made with just two main ingredients plus water. Learn how to make this delicious Blueberry Juice recipe using a blender or a food processor.

  • Total Time: 4 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (leave out if your berries are very sweet)
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly.
  2. Add the blueberries, sugar, and water to the blender or food processor.
  3. Blend or process until it becomes smooth.
  4. If you don’t like having tiny bits of blueberry skin in your juice, you can strain it through a fine mesh strainer. You can repeat this until your Blueberry Juice is smooth enough for you.
  5. Sometimes there will be foam on top of the juice; you can scoop this off with a spoon.
  6. Transfer the juice to glasses, serve, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  1. You can double, triple, or quadruple this Blueberry Juice recipe if you’re making Blueberry Juice for a crowd and need more servings.
  2. It’s best to serve the juice immediately. But if you want to save some of it for later, store it in the fridge in a covered pitcher. It will keep for up to around four days. Or freeze it in ice cube trays. It will give you delicious and colorful blueberry ice blocks you can use in other drinks!
  3. You can use any sugar or sweetener in this recipe. Or you can omit this ingredient if you prefer not to use sugar or sweetener.
  4. Feel free to use coconut water instead of regular water for added nutritional value. You can also add other ingredients such as pomegranate juice or seeds, mint leaves, or fresh lemon juice to the mixture.
