Pineapple Ginger Juice is a refreshing and invigorating beverage that blends the tropical sweetness of pineapple with the zesty spice of ginger. This vibrant drink not only offers a great balance of flavors but also boasts potential digestive and anti-inflammatory benefits. Learn how to make it in a juicer or a blender!

  • Total Time: 17 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 large ripe pineapple
  • 1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup water (if using a blender)

Instructions

  1. Use a sharp knife to cut off the skin of the pineapple. Then, cut it into chunks, avoiding the core.
  2. Use the back of a spoon to remove the skin from the ginger.
  3. In the base of a high-speed blender, combine the pineapple chunks, ginger, and water.
  4. Blend on high until well combined. Then, pour the mixture through a nut milk bag. Squeeze the bag over a bowl and then pour the juice into a pitcher.
  5. If using a juicer, simply run the ingredients through the juicer.
  6. Serve the juice immediately. Or, cover the juice and chill for a few hours before serving.
