Skip the expensive pumpkin coffee blends and creamers and make your own Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee at home. This easy recipe is so delicious and full of PSL flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 servings ground coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Grind the coffee from whole beans, or measure out enough pre-ground coffee for two servings.
  2. Pour the ground coffee into a coffee filter. Add the pumpkin pie spice and a cinnamon stick.
  3. Add enough water to your coffeemaker for two servings and run the coffeemaker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Serve the coffee hot either black or with your choice of milk and sweetener.

Notes

  1. You can easily double or triple this recipe.
  2. If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can use 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg. 
  3. If you don’t have a whole cinnamon stick, just leave it out.
