Cucumber Pico de Gallo

Everyone loves this chunky salsa fresca that can be served with chips or as a delicious side dish. It's vegan, paleo, Whole30, and delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

– tomatoes - cucumber - jalapeno - onion - salt -cilantro -lime juice

Chop all the ingredients then put them into a medium bowl and stir to combine.

Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes at room temperature to let all the flavors come together. Alternatively you can let the mixture sit in the refrigerator covered for 30 minutes.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
