Gluten-Free Apple Muffins

Gluten-Free Apple Muffins are full of fall flavors and have great texture. This recipe is also made dairy-free.

Ingredients:

– almond milk – lemon juice – gluten-free baking flour  – apple – sugar – ground cinnamon – baking powder –baking soda – olive oil or melted coconut oil – egg

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients.

Step 2

Add wet ingredients.

Step 3

Pour batter into tin.

Step 4

Pour muffins until cooked through.
