Gluten-Free Shrimp Scampi

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 package gluten-free spaghetti – olive oil – garlic cloves – large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or tails off) – lemon, juiced –  sea salt – ground black pepper – chopped flat-leaf parsley, for topping

Cook the spaghetti in a pot. Then, in a skillet heat the oil and add the shrimp.
