– nonstick cooking spray
– frozen peach slices
– water
– coconut or white sugar
– gluten-free or all- purpose baking flour
– baking powder
– sea salt
– ground cinnamon
– unsweetened almond milk
– coconut oil, melted

Over medium heat, combine frozen peach slices, water & ½ cup of sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low & let the peaches cook until they are softened.
