Best Peach Cobbler

Try this Peach Cobbler for a healthy dessert. You can use frozen peaches which means this is great at any time of year.

Ingredients

– nonstick cooking       spray – frozen peach slices – water – coconut or white sugar – gluten-free or all-      purpose baking flour – baking powder – sea salt – ground cinnamon – unsweetened almond       milk – coconut oil, melted

Over medium heat, combine frozen peach slices, water & ½ cup of sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low & let the peaches cook until they are softened.

Step 1

Carefully pour the warmed peaches into the baking dish & set aside.

Step 2

Spread the topping over the peaches in an even layer.

Step 3

Bake until the top starts to turn a golden brown & the peaches are bubbling around the edges.
