Healthy Peach Cobbler

Try this Peach Cobbler for a healthy dessert. You can use frozen peaches which means this is great at any time of year.


– Nonstick cooking spray – frozen peach slices – water – coconut sugar or white sugar – gluten-free baking flour or all-purpose baking flour – baking powder – sea salt – ground cinnamon – unsweetened almond milk – coconut oil, melted

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the frozen peach slices, water, and ½ cup of sugar. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let the peaches cook until they are softened.

Step 1

Carefully pour the warmed peaches into the baking dish and set aside.

Step 2

Use a spatula to spread the topping over the peaches. Spread into an even layer as much as possible.

Step 3

Bake the cobbler for 35 minutes, or until the top starts to turn a golden brown and the peaches are bubbling around the edges.
