Healthy  Tuna  Pasta Salad

Try this Healthy Tuna Pasta Salad for an easy meal prep lunch. Or, make it for a potluck or gathering.

INGREDIENTS:

– elbow macaroni pasta  – albacore solid            white tuna – celery stalks, diced – onion, finely diced – mayonnaise – Greek yogurt – lemon, juiced – dried or fresh dill – sea salt – freshly-ground            black pepper

Bring a large pot of water to a boil on the stovetop. Cook pasta.

While the pasta cooks, scoop the tuna into a large mixing bowl. Use a fork to break it up into small pieces.

Add celery, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, dill, salt & pepper to the bowl.  Stir to combine.

Drain pasta & rinse with cold water. Pour pasta into the bowl with the tuna mixture.  Toss gently to combine.

Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
