Instant Pot Buckwheat Porridge

Instant Pot Buckwheat Porridge is hearty  and so tasty.  It’s naturally gluten-free and vegan and is great for meal prepping.

Ingredients:

– raw buckwheat         groats – unsweetened         almond milk – ripe banana – ground cinnamon – maple syrup – chopped walnuts

Step 1

Rinse & drain the buckwheat groats until the water runs clear. Add to the Instant Pot.

Step 2

Add milk, banana & cinnamon and stir to combine well.

Step 3

Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.  Stir in maple syrup.

Step 4

 Divide into bowls & top with chopped walnuts. Enjoy!
