Best Instant Pot Pork Chops  and Rice

Instant Pot Pork Chops and Rice is a one-pot meal that everyone loves. This satisfying dish is gluten-free.

INGREDIENTS:

– olive oil – onion – long-grain white rice – water – sea salt – thin-cut boneless pork        chops – frozen peas and carrots – scallions

Sauté oil & chopped onion in the Instant Pot.

Rinse rice in a fine-mesh sieve & add it to the pot with the water.

Add pork chops & frozen veggies on top of the rice. Don’t stir. Cook for 5 minutes at high pressure.

Once the cooking time is complete, let the pressure come down for 15 minutes before removing the lid.
