Instant Pot  Red Potatoes 

Who doesn’t love a bowl of roasted potatoes with dinner? Here’s how to make Instant Pot Red Potatoes with so much flavor.

Ingredients

– red potatoes – reduced-sodium        vegetable broth – dried Italian        seasoning or          dried parsley – garlic powder – sea salt – ground black pepper – butter, ghee, or vegan       butter

In a pressure cooker, place halved potatoes, broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt & black pepper. Stir gently to combine.

Step 1

Place the butter on top & cook for 7 minutes on high pressure.

Step 2

Stir the potatoes & transfer to a serving dish after cooking.
