Instant Pot  Rice Pudding

Instant Pot Brown Rice Pudding is a healthy dessert that everyone loves. This creamy dessert is made dairy-free.


– brown rice – unsweetened             almond milk – full-fat canned             coconut milk – maple syrup – ground cinnamon – raisins – egg (leave out for vegan)

Combine rice, coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup, raisins & cinnamon in the base of a pressure cooker.


Cook for 25 minutes, then release the pressure.


Stir in beaten egg & let the pudding sauté for a few more minutes to thicken.


Allow the pudding to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
