Instant Pot Vegetable  Beef Soup

This easy Instant Pot Vegetable Beef Soup is sure to become a family favorite.  This hearty and delicious recipe uses simple ingredients and is done in 35 minutes.

– olive oil – stew beef – onion – carrots – celery stalks – garlic cloves – low-sodium beef broth – chopped tomatoes – frozen green beans or           green peas – dried thyme – bay leaf – lemon – salt – black pepper – balsamic vinegar


Set Instant Pot to Sauté. Drizzle in oil. Add beef, onion, carrots, celery & garlic.


Sauté for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broth & cancel the Sauté function.


Add chopped tomatoes, green beans, thyme & bay leaf to the pot. Stir to combine.
