Oil-Free Hummus

Want a healthy snack that your kids will love, too? Hummus is a great option that is low in calories and fat, and can be made with oil-free variations. 

Ingredients

Ingredients

  – garbanzo beans   – lemon juice    – garlic clove   – unsalted tahini   – sea salt   – ground black pepper

Rinse chickpeas & place them in a food processor.  Reserve 1/2 cup of the liquid from the can of chickpeas.

Step 1

Add lemon juice, one garlic clove, tahini, salt & pepper.

Step 2

Blend and serve!
