Pumpkin  Seed Milk

Pumpkin Seed Milk is a creamy non-dairy milk you can  make in a blender.  You don't even need a nut milk bag.

Ingredients 

– hulled pumpkin seeds – filtered water – Medjool dates – sea salt – vanilla extract

Combine pumpkin seeds, water, dates, sea salt & vanilla extract in blender.

Step 1

Blend ingredients until creamy, about 20-30 seconds.

Step 2

Use pumpkin seed milk as you would dairy milk. Refrigerate & use within 5 days.
