Vegan Pumpkin Pudding

Try this Vegan Pumpkin Pudding that is made dairy-free, gluten-free, and egg-free. Everyone loves this pumpkin spice dessert that is thick and creamy.

– coconut sugar – pumpkin pie spice – unsweetened almond         milk  – pumpkin puree – vanilla extract – dairy-free whipped         topping


Combine ingredients into a medium saucepan.


Whisk together ingredients over medium heat until pudding starts to thicken.


Divide pudding between serving glasses & refrigerate to set.


Serve pudding chilled or at room temperature.  Add dairy-free whipped cream, if desired.
