Vegan  Tuna Salad

Swap canned tuna with chickpeas in this Vegan Tuna Salad recipe that tastes like the real thing. This plant-based lunch is great for kids, too.

Ingredients 

– garbanzo beans – celery stalks – vegan mayonnaise – pickle relish – whole grain mustard – onion

Gather all ingredients.

Step 1

Rinse & drain the beans Chop the onion & celery.

Step 2

Toss all ingredients together, using the back of a spoon to smash the garbanzo beans.

Step 3

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
