This healthy Carrot Celery Juice with ginger and apple is perfect for hydrating. This recipe is also great when you want to use up extra produce. Make this fresh vegetable juice recipe in a juicer or a blender!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch carrots (about 46 carrots)
  • 1 bunch celery (about 89 stalks)
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled

Instructions

  1. Wash and gently pat dry the produce. Chop the ingredients into sizes that will fit through the feeding tube of your juicer.
  2. Juice the ingredients, alternating between hard and soft items.
  3. Serve the juice immediately.

Notes

  1. Store any leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
  2. BLENDER INSTRUCTIONS: Combine the ingredients with about ¼ cup of filtered water in the base of a blender. Blend on high and then strain the juicer through a nut milk bag.
