Ingredients

- 1 bunch carrots (about 4–6 carrots)
- 1 bunch celery (about 8–9 stalks)
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 lemon, peeled and sliced
- 1 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
Instructions
- Wash and gently pat dry the produce. Chop the ingredients into sizes that will fit through the feeding tube of your juicer.
- Juice the ingredients, alternating between hard and soft items.
- Serve the juice immediately.
Notes
- Store any leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
- BLENDER INSTRUCTIONS: Combine the ingredients with about ¼ cup of filtered water in the base of a blender. Blend on high and then strain the juicer through a nut milk bag.
