Here’s a delicious recipe for Mango Juice made in a blender. Mango juice is a naturally sweet fruit juice that is full of vitamin C and antioxidants. Make this homemade juice with just one ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes, peeled with the core removed
  • 1 cup water (can also use orange juice or coconut water)

Instructions

  1. Cut the peeled mangoes into large chunks. 
  2. Add the mango chunks and water to the base of a blender (you can also use a food processor. Blend or process on high for 20-30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth. 
  3. Then, pour the blended juice through a fine mesh colander, using a spatula to gently push the juice through the colander. You can also use a nut milk bag to strain the juice from the fiber.
  4. Serve the juice immediately.

Notes

  1. You can easily double or triple this recipe for more servings.
  2. Fresh juice is best served right after it’s made. But, it can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  3. Feel free to add other ingredients to your juice including up to 1-inch of fresh ginger, or a squeeze of lemon or lime juice. 
  4. If you want a thinner juice, add an additional 1 cup of liquid before blending.
