- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled with the core removed
- 1 cup water (can also use orange juice or coconut water)
Instructions
- Cut the peeled mangoes into large chunks.
- Add the mango chunks and water to the base of a blender (you can also use a food processor. Blend or process on high for 20-30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth.
- Then, pour the blended juice through a fine mesh colander, using a spatula to gently push the juice through the colander. You can also use a nut milk bag to strain the juice from the fiber.
- Serve the juice immediately.
Notes
- You can easily double or triple this recipe for more servings.
- Fresh juice is best served right after it’s made. But, it can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Feel free to add other ingredients to your juice including up to 1-inch of fresh ginger, or a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.
- If you want a thinner juice, add an additional 1 cup of liquid before blending.
