This delicious Mango Peach Smoothie with yogurt is a super easy and fast way to start the morning. This recipe is has simple ingredients that come together into a creamy drink that tastes like summer! This vegetarian smoothie with yogurt can easily be made dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt (use a plant-based version if you are on a dairy-free diet)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey (vegan, use maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt, almond milk, mango chunks, peach slices, ice cubes, cinnamon, and honey in the pitcher of a blender. 
  2. Process on high for 30-45 seconds, or until the mixture is creamy. Serve cold.

Notes

  1. To make this recipe vegan, be sure to use dairy-free yogurt, plant milk, and maple syrup.
  2. To make a smoothie bowl, reduce the milk to just 2 tablespoons.
  3. For a thinner texture to your smoothie, don’t use any ice.
  4. Top your smoothie with any extras you like including chia seeds, flax seeds, fresh mango, or peach slices.
