If you are fan of mango and peach flavors, then this smoothie is going to knock your socks off!

The fruits get blended with yogurt and milk for a creamy, dreamy drink that can be served for breakfast, snack, or even as a healthy dessert.

This healthy smoothie recipe is a great way to start the day. The fruit has lots of vitamin C and it’s so refreshing on a hot day.

Mango Peach Smoothie Benefits

  • You can use frozen fruit to make it convenient to throw together the ingredients. Enjoy the taste of summer even if the fruit is not in season. Frozen fruit is budget-friendly and is usually very sweet as the fruits are preserved at their height of ripeness.
  • Use regular yogurt or dairy-free yogurt to adapt this recipe to your family’s needs.
  • Add protein powder if you want extra protein or to make this into a meal replacement. See my list of the best paleo protein powders.

Healthy Peach Smoothie Ingredients

Frozen mango chunks and frozen peaches make the fruity base of this yummy smoothie that has tons of tropical flavor. You can use fresh fruit, but you may need more ice to help thicken the consistency.

Plant-milk or dairy milk helps add creaminess. I used almond milk, but you could also use coconut milk, skim milk, soy milk, oat milk, pineapple juice, or orange juice as the base.

Yogurt adds nutrition, a creamy texture, and tang. I used coconut yogurt, but you can use dairy yogurt, Greek yogurt, or whatever type you like.

Ice cubes helps to thicken the smoothie even more.

Cinnamon adds depth of flavor and helps with blood sugar regulation.

A touch of honey or maple syrup enhances the sweetness of this recipe.
