5 from 1 review

For any special gathering or brunch, try these delicious bubbly Mimosa Mocktails using sparkling apple cider or non-alcoholic sparkling wine. This non-alcoholic beverage is delicious and easy to make.

  • Total Time: 15 Minutes
  • Yield: 6 Servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (from about 6 navel oranges)
  • 4 cups non-alcoholic sparkling wine or sparkling apple cider
  • Orange slices, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill the non-alcoholic sparkling wine (or sparkling apple cider) and orange juice in the refrigerator before use.
  2. Pour about a quarter cup of freshly squeezed orange juice into each champagne flute.
  3. Gently top up each glass with a half cup of non-alcoholic sparkling wine or sparkling apple cider, being careful to pour slowly to maintain the fizz and prevent overflowing.
  4. If desired, garnish each glass with a slice of orange on the rim for a classic mimosa appearance.
  5. Serve the mocktails immediately while they are the fizziest.

Notes

  1. This recipe is easily doubled or even tripled depending on how many servings you want to make.
  2. Optionally, you can rim the glasses with sugar for a decorative touch. Wet the rim with a bit of orange juice, then dip in granulated cane sugar.
  3. If you don’t have access to fresh oranges, you can purchase bottled orange juice to use in this recipe.
