- 4 cups non-alcoholic sparkling wine or sparkling apple cider
- Orange slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Chill the non-alcoholic sparkling wine (or sparkling apple cider) and orange juice in the refrigerator before use.
- Pour about a quarter cup of freshly squeezed orange juice into each champagne flute.
- Gently top up each glass with a half cup of non-alcoholic sparkling wine or sparkling apple cider, being careful to pour slowly to maintain the fizz and prevent overflowing.
- If desired, garnish each glass with a slice of orange on the rim for a classic mimosa appearance.
- Serve the mocktails immediately while they are the fizziest.
Notes
- This recipe is easily doubled or even tripled depending on how many servings you want to make.
- Optionally, you can rim the glasses with sugar for a decorative touch. Wet the rim with a bit of orange juice, then dip in granulated cane sugar.
- If you don’t have access to fresh oranges, you can purchase bottled orange juice to use in this recipe.
