On a hot day, there’s nothing more refreshing than a cold glass of Sparkling Kombucha Lemonade. This fermented and naturally fizzy beverage is delicious and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 16ounces bottled or homemade kombucha
  • 2 lemons, juiced (about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of lemon juice)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup*
  • 2 cups cubed or crushed ice

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the kombucha, lemon juice, maple syrup, and ice. Stir to combine.
  2. Serve cold.

Notes

  1. *If your kombucha is not very sweet, then you may need to add up to 1/4 cup of maple syrup. Taste it first to see if you need more sweetness.
  2. You can use cane sugar instead of maple syrup, but you will need to dissolve it in hot water first.
