Air Fryer Blueberry Muffins

Looking for a healthy breakfast option that your kids will love?  Try these air fryer blueberry muffins! The air fryer cooks them up quickly so you can have a delicious breakfast on the go.

INGREDIENTS:

– nonstick cooking spray – frozen blueberries – all-purpose            baking flour – coconut or regular sugar – salt – baking powder – unsweetened applesauce – egg – melted butter, ghee, or           coconut oil – vanilla extract – milk or unsweetened          almond milk

Combine the dry ingredients & frozen blueberries in a bowl  and  stir.

Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl.  Pour them into the dry ingredients.

Transfer into a lightly greased muffin pan. Bake  at 360F degrees for 10 minutes.

Remove the baked muffins and enjoy warm!
