Anti-Inflammatory Juice

This Anti-Inflammatory Juice Recipe is tasty and refreshing. It’s made with inflammation-fighting ingredients like turmeric, ginger, and pineapple.

Ingredients:

- cucumber - spinach - celery - turmeric - ginger - apple - pineapple - black pepper - lemon

Step 1

In the base of a blender, combine all ingredients. 

Step 2

Blend on high until fully blended. Or, use a juicer to juice the ingredients.

Step 3

Strain the juice through a strainer.
