Baked Mexican Potatoes

Mexican Potatoes are a savory and spicy side dish that go well with almost any main dish recipe. They are so tasty!!!

– red potatoes  – olive oil – chili powder – ground cumin – dried oregano – smoked paprika – garlic powder – sea salt – ground black pepper – chopped cilantro

INGREDIENTS:

STEP 1

Scrub & dry potatoes. Cut into 1-inch cubes & place in a large mixing bowl.

STEP 2

Add olive oil, chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper, Stir to combine.

STEP 3

Bake until potatoes have started to turn a golden brown around the edges.
