Perfect Baked Pork Meatballs

These Baked Pork Meatballs are a great option for weeknights. This recipe is sugar-free, grain-free, egg-free, and perfect for paleo, keto, or  Whole30 diets.  This is an easy 30-minute meal.

– pound ground pork – onion – garlic powder – Italian seasoning – red pepper flakes – sea salt – ground black pepper


Combine ground pork, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper.


Use your hands to combine the mixture & form 15 meatballs.  Lay them at least 1-inch apart on a baking sheet.


Bake for 20 minutes.  Let the meatballs cool for 5 minutes before serving.
