Buckwheat Bread

Here's how to make Buckwheat Bread that is naturally gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free. Everyone loves this soft and fluffy homemade bread that is also yeast-free.

– nonstick cooking    spray – unsweetened    almond or oat milk – olive oil – buckwheat flour – baking soda – sea salt

INGREDIENTS:

STEP 1

Combine almond milk, olive oil, buckwheat flour, baking soda & sea salt.

STEP 2

Stir to combine.  Let the batter sit for a few minutes to thicken.

STEP 3

Transfer batter onto a baking sheet &  form a loaf. 

STEP 4

Bake the bread until the top starts to turn a golden brown.
