Crispy Air Fryer  Spring Rolls

Everyone loves these crispy homemade Air Fryer Spring Rolls for Game Day!  This recipe is a satisfying appetizer that tastes like a healthy egg roll.

INGREDIENTS:

– toasted sesame oil – garlic cloves, minced – red or green cabbage,          shredded – carrots, grated or          julienned – dried ginger – sea salt – rice paper wrappers – hot water – non-stick cooking           spray – Thai Sweet Chili Sauce,          optional                

In a med skillet, heat sesame oil over med-high heat. Add garlic, cabbage, carrots, ginger, & sea salt.

Sauté for 4-5 min.  Turn off the heat & set vegetables aside to cool.

Prepare your rice wrappers one at a time. Dip the rice wrapper into  hot water until pliable.

Lay wet wrapper on flat surface. Transfer two tablespoons of vegetable mixture into the  center of the wrapper.  Wrap them one at a time.

Carefully fold in  each end, then wrap the center over itself.  Repeat this process until all are filled.

Lay a single layer in air fryer.  Spray the tops of the rolls with cooking spray. Set to 390 degrees for 5 minutes. Carefully turn over and repeat.

Cook until crispy.  Serve warm with sweet chili sauce or your favorite dipping sauce!
