Dairy-Free Green Bean Casserole

Add this Dairy-Free Green Bean Casserole recipe to your next holiday meal or Sunday dinner. This recipe is also gluten-free and vegan-friendly.


– Nonstick cooking spray – frozen cut green beans – olive oil – sliced button or cremini mushrooms – all-purpose flour – garlic powder – sea salt – ground black pepper – full-fat canned coconut milk – reduced sodium chicken broth  – French fried onions

Make your mushroom cream sauce to go over the casserole.


Add the flour, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and coconut milk, and whisk the ingredients until the flour is dissolved.


Add the broth and stir together with the other ingredients. Turn the heat off the stove and pour the mixture from the skillet over the green beans in the casserole dish.


Divide the fried onions on top of the casserole and place it in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the green beans are soft and the filling is bubbling.
