INGREDIENTS:

– nonstick cooking spray – frozen cut green beans – olive oil – sliced button or cremini        mushrooms – all-purpose flour – garlic powder – sea salt – ground black pepper – full-fat canned coconut        milk – reduced sodium chicken        broth  – French fried onions

Make your mushroom cream sauce to go over the casserole.

Add the flour, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper & coconut milk. Whisk the ingredients until the flour is dissolved.

Add broth & stir together with the other ingredients. Turn the heat off & pour the mixture over the green beans.

Divide the fried onions on top of the casserole and place it in the oven. Bake until the filling is bubbling.
