Oven Baked  Kale Chips

Kale chips are all the rage right now. They’re a great alternative to unhealthy snacks, they’re affordable, and they’re easy to make. But did you know that you can also make them in your oven?

Ingredients:

– curly kale,          green or purple – coconut oil – sea salt

Step 1

Remove the kale from the stems. Wash the leaves in a colander & pat dry.

Step 2

In a large bowl, coat the kale leaves with oil. Lay the chips on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes, then flip.  Serve hot!
