Satisfying Gluten-Free Meatloaf Without Breadcrumbs

When you want a satisfying and nutritious dinner recipe, try this Gluten-Free Meatloaf made without breadcrumbs. I’ve swapped out breadcrumbs with almond flour in this classic American dish made gluten-free, grain-free, and perfect for your hungry family.

Combine beef, almond flour, onion, eggs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sea salt & black pepper.


Mix together ingredients. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan and spread the mixture into all corners of the pan.


Bake for 30 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven & spread ketchup on top.
