Green Juice Pulp Crackers

Save the pulp from your green juicing and make these Green Juice Pulp Dehydrated Crackers. These healthy, fiber-rich crackers are gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients:

– pulp of juiced            leafy greens – ground flax seeds – chia seeds – coconut aminos – nutritional yeast – water, if needed

Step 1

Juice all of your greens.

Step 2

Mix pulp with nutritional yeast, coconut aminos, ground flax seeds, chia seeds & water to blend.

Step 3

Transfer mixture onto a baking sheet to go into the dehydrator.  

Step 4

Flatten batter & use a knife to score into crackers.

Step 5

Flip crackers once halfway through.  Continue to bake until crisp & dry.
