Easy Instant Pot BBQ Pulled Chicken

Instant Pot BBQ Chicken is an easy meal prep recipe. Use the chicken in sandwiches or salads for a healthy and tasty lunch option.

INGREDIENTS:

– boneless, skinless        chicken breasts  – water – garlic powder – onion powder – prepared BBQ Sauce

Add water & place  chicken on top of the trivet. Cook for 10 minutes.

After cooking, transfer chicken to a cutting board. Use two forks to shred the chicken.

Discard the liquid. Add shredded chicken back to the pot & pour in the BBQ sauce, garlic powder & onion powder.
