Simple  Instant Pot Carrots

This recipe for Instant Pot Carrots is so easy and delicious.  It makes the perfect healthy side dish for a holiday meal or for an ordinary weeknight. This 20-minute recipe is vegan-friendly and gluten-free.

–  fresh carrots –  water – fresh or dried thyme – melted ghee, butter,         or coconut oil


Chop carrots into  1-inch chunks.


Add water & carrots in the base of a pressure cooker. Lock the lid & set the valve to seal. Cook on high for 2 minutes.


When the cooking time is complete, pour the carrots & water into a colander.
