– olive oil –onion –white basmati rice, rinsed well – garlic powder – ground turmeric – sea salt –ground black pepper – reduced-sodium vegetable broth (or water)

Sauté the onion in the olive oil to help it soften.

Then, add the rinsed rice, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, pepper and vegetable broth. Stir to combine.

Step 3

Lock on the lid and set the time to 6 minutes at high pressure.
