Oat Flour Pancakes

Oat Flour Pancakes are so easy to make using rolled oats ground up in a blender. These fluffy pancakes are a family favorite.

INGREDIENTS:

– uncooked rolled oats  – baking powder – unsweetened              almond milk – eggs, lightly beaten  – coconut oil, melted – maple syrup

Place the rolled oats in a blender.  Turn on high until oats are blended into oat flour.

Combine all  ingredients in a bowl  & stir together.  Let batter sit 5 minutes.

To make pancakes, pour ¼ cup batter onto heated nonstick skillet.

Cook each pancake on each side for 3 minutes.  Enjoy warm with any topping you choose!
