Overnight Protein Oats 

This quick and simple recipe for Blueberry Overnight Protein Oats tastes like a blueberry muffin. 

– rolled oats almond milk – chia seeds – unsweetened        protein powder – raw honey or         maple syrup – vanilla extract – fresh or defrosted        blueberries – lemon zest – toppings of choice

INGREDIENTS:

STEP 1

Combined rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, protein powder, sweetener of choice, vanilla extract, blueberries & lemon zest in a jar.

STEP 2

Stir to combine.

STEP 3

Cover & place in the refrigerator for 2 - 24 hours.
