Simple Chicken Curry  (Dairy-Free)

This Simple Chicken Curry recipe is perfect for busy weeknights! It's an easy winner chicken dinner that is also dairy-free, Whole30-friendly, and perfect for your family. 


- chicken breasts, chopped - curry powder - chopped tomatoes - coconut milk - salt and pepper - onion and garlic

In a saute pan, cook the onion and garlic until softened.


Add the other ingredients to the pan including the chopped chicken and tomatoes.


Cook until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice or naan bread.
