- ground turkey - garlic -salt and pepper - chopped onion - sugar-free ketchup - egg - almond flour

In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey meatloaf ingredients.


Combine the ingredients and divide into greased muffin tin.


Bake for 20 minutes and serve hot.
