Vegan  No-Bake Brownies

When you have a craving for brownies but don't want to turn on the oven, try these easy Vegan No-Bake Brownies! They are gluten-free too.

Ingredients:

– slivered almonds – pitted Medjool          dates  – coconut oil – unsweetened cocoa          or cacao powder – vanilla extract – sea salt – chocolate chips

Step 1

Put all ingredients, except chocolate chips, into the food processor.

Step 2

Process on high for one minute.

Step 3

Add chocolate chips & process until mixed.

Step 4

Press mixture into glass pan & chill until ready to serve. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
