Air Fryer  Banana Fritters

Air Fryer Banana Fritters taste just like the deep fried version.  They are delicious!!! This recipe is vegetarian and gluten-free.

INGREDIENTS:

– nonstick cooking spray – bananas – gluten-free flour blend – eggs – unsweetened,          shredded coconut – sugar – ground cinnamon – whipped cream or            ice cream (use df if necessary)

Prepare the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Slice the bananas into rounds.

Set your ingredients in three bowls: 1 – flour 2 – whisked eggs 3 – combined cinnamon, sugar & coconut

Dip each banana slice into flour, egg, then coconut. Set them into the air fryer in a single layer.

Bake the banana fritters until they are golden brown.  Serve warm or at room temperature.
