Avocado  Chocolate Pudding

Who else loves chocolate pudding? Here’s a plant-based Avocado Chocolate Pudding that tastes like the real thing.  It’s nutrient-dense and delicious!


– avocado – Medjool dates – maple syrup – cacao or cocoa powder – vanilla extract – sea salt – unsweetened               dairy-free milk

Cut your avocados in half & scoop out the flesh.


Add the avocado flesh into a high-speed blender.


Add dates, maple syrup, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract & almond milk.


Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or  chill for optimal sweetness.
