Low-Carb Chicken Meatloaf

Chicken Meatloaf is a delicious dinner that is savory, flavorful, and so easy to make. Use ground chicken for a healthier twist on this classic American dish. This recipe is grain-free and low-carb.

Ingredients:

– nonstick cooking            spray – ground chicken – almond flour – onion, minced – egg, beaten – flat-leaf parsley – Worcestershire sauce  – garlic powder – sea salt –  ground black           pepper – prepared ketchup

STEP 1

In a large bowl, combine chicken, almond flour, onion, egg, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sea salt & black pepper.

STEP 2

Mix ingredients. Transfer mixture to your loaf pan & spread into all corners of the pan.

STEP 3

Bake for 30 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven & spread the ketchup on top.

STEP 4

Cook until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the meatloaf reads 165°F.
